Yoga depicts the high level of intelligence and awakening which leads Jeeva towards Parmarth (individual consciousness to Supreme consciousness).

Yoga and meditation have its root in the Hindu culture. The word Yoga came from the Sanskrit Language.

Yoga means integration or wholeness. The term came from the ancient Language of India and still used in the nation.

Yoga is an approach to health that promotes the harmonious collaboration of the human being's three component body, mind, and Soul.

Hindus are known for living the most scientific lifestyle based on facts and figures. Therefore, They never associate the Yoga practice with their religious beliefs so that others could also get benefitted from it.

Hence Yoga is non-sectarian and may be practiced with complete confidence by anyone.

Yoga is an ancient science which is effective stress reduction techniques.

Yoga techniques include gentle stretching, simple breathing, body bending exercise, meditational exercise, relaxation, and concentration enhancement techniques.

These techniques have immense benefits for the human body. Lord Shiva is the first Yogi known as AdiYogi.

Type of Yoga

There are four types of Yoga

  1. Karma yoga - It deals with the person deeds or Karma
  2. Bhakti Yoga - It deals with devotion and reverence
  3. Gyan Yoga - It deals with knowledge
  4. Dharma Yoga - It deals with the responsibility


Here the Yoga we are talking about is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is the Yoga of health.

Hatha Yoga comes under Bhakti Yoga. It has the immense ability to settle lots of health issues.

This Hatha Yoga represents the combination of the Sun (hot) and Moon (cool) aspect in the human body. It is also known as balancing the energies of Shiva and Parvati within the Yogi.

In simple term, It could be understood as the balance of Shiva as masculine aspects and Parvati as the feminine aspects.

Therefore, Hatha Yoga is the way to managing the balance of opposites forces in the human body.

Its primary objective is to prevent illness and maintain a harmonious body - mind equilibrium.

The simplistic benefit of Hatha Yoga is that if illness occurs those who practice Yoga regularly will regain health speedily through a balanced system of physical and mental exercise.

The physical exercises postures are called Asanas.

These asanas benefit not only our muscles, joints but our internal structure like organs, nerves, and various gland.

They train, discipline the mind neurons to improve concentration and coordination.

These Asanas are superb for preventing the build-up anxiety and tension that often leads to pains and aches which may cause poor impulse control.

In context to these Asanas, they enhance the posture and metabolism, thus improving self-esteem, on which our feeling of self-confidence depends.

Some of the initial beneficial exercises are the breath techniques known by the name of Pranayamas.

Pranayamas exercises are best exercises for combating stress and anxiety.

These are the super useful relaxation techniques adjunct to treatment for disorders such as depression and high Blood pressure.

Yoga is unique and different from another exercise; it engages the whole person.

Yoga requires your full attention during practice so that your mind and body could work together to create physiological and psychological harmony.

Yoga is a scientific approach to heal external as well as internal problems. It is not a quick fix formula hence it takes time to depict the results.

Please do not immediately expect the dramatic result. These will proportionate only to efforts you make.

Integrating Yoga exercise to your lifestyle is the best gift you could ever give to your body, mind, and soul.

Yoga stretching, strengthening, and meditative exercises are super useful because they need the complete focus on the movement of the body parts in synchronization with attentive respiration techniques.

After applying these yoga techniques in our lives, the human mind discouraged from wandering towards unrelated matter is kept centered, engendering a feeling of being calmer and more organized.

The Directing of the attention away from distracting and disturbing stimuli and concentrating it one thing or distinctive task at one particular time.

The Goddess Shakti Urza (Goddess of energy ) is consequently conserved rather than squandered.
