This post is an easy and simple direction to the introduction of yoga.

Yoga depicts the high level of intelligence and awakening which leads Jeeva towards Parmarth (individual consciousness to Supreme consciousness).

Yoga and meditation have its root in the Hindu culture. The word Yoga came from the Sanskrit Language.

Yoga means integration or wholeness. It is the language of ancient India which is still used in the nation.

It is an approach to health that promotes the harmonious collaboration of the human being's three component BODY, MIND, SOUL. benefit of yoga

Benefits of Yoga

  1. Yoga set you free from your body toxic components.
  2. It cures anxiety, depression, regulates heart proper functioning, digestive, endocrine, and circulatory systems and beneficial in blood pressure issues.
  3. It increases mind concentration and psychological state.
  4. Yoga provides flexibility to the human body hence enhance the physiological state of the body.
  5. Yoga makes you feel energetic all the time. The benefit of yoga can be easily sensed after the age of 50.
  6. Yoga is ancient wisdom which connects mind, body, and soul. No other exercise can connect all three dimensions collectively.
  7. When Yoga exercise merged with meditation, it gives immense health benefit with peace of mind and make you realize your confidence.
  8. Yoga is the natural way to stop aging to a certain limit by lowering body telomers, responsible for aging factor.
  9. Meditation and Yoga not only make you free from your negative energies but also opens your body pores and makes them work perfectly. Drink as much water you can drink. Yoga and meditation help body pore to get nourish properly and makes them function more appropriately than before.
  10. Yoga is an ancient Indian technology aligning Jiva geometry with the Paramatma, to achieve the highest level of perception and harmony.

Some conventionally reserved people get anxious about practicing it. Due to their fear, they lack taking advantage of Yoga exercises.

They fear that it may be incompatible with their religious beliefs. But this fear is completely unfounded.

Hindus are known for living the most scientific lifestyle based on facts and figures.

They never associate the Yoga practice with religious beliefs.

Hence Yoga is non-sectarian and may be practiced with complete confidence by anyone.

Yoga could be considered as an ancient science full of safe, simple and effective stress reduction techniques.

These techniques include gentle stretching, simple breathing. body bending exercise, meditational exercise, relaxation and concentration enhancement techniques.

Such techniques have immense benefits to the human body. Lord Shiva is regarded as the first Yogi hence known as AdiYogi.

Type of Yoga

There are basically four types of Yoga

  1. Karma yoga - It deals with the person deeds or Karma
  2. Bhakti Yoga - It deals with devotion and reverence
  3. Gyan Yoga - It deals with knowledge
  4. Dharma Yoga - It deals with the responsibility

Here the Yoga we are talking about is Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is the Yoga of health.

Hatha Yoga is a form of Bhakti Yoga. It has the immense ability to settle lots of health issues.

This Hatha Yoga represents the combination of Sun (hot) and Moon (cool) aspect in the human body.

This could be understood as the balance of sun as masculine aspects and Moon as the feminine aspects.

So, Hatha Yoga is the way to managing the balance of opposites forces in a human body.

Its primary objective is to prevent illness and maintain a harmonious body - mind equilibrium.

The biggest benefit of Hatha Yoga is that if illness occurs those who practice Yoga regularly will regain health speedily through a balanced system of physical and mental exercise.

The physical exercises are called Asanas or in simple term postures.

These asanas benefit not only our muscles, joints but our internal structure like organs, nerves, and various gland.

In addition, they train and discipline the mind neurons so as to improve concentration and coordination.

These Asanas are superb for preventing the build-up anxiety and tension that often leads to pains and aches which may cause poor impulse control.

In contemporary to these Asanas, they also enhance the posture and metabolism, thus enhancing self-esteem, on which our feeling of self-confidence depend.

Some of the primary and beneficial exercises are the simple breath techniques known by the name of Pranayamas.

Pranayamas exercises are best exercises for combating stress and anxiety.

These are the super useful relaxation techniques adjunct to treatment for disorders such as depression and high Blood pressure.

Yoga is really unique and different from another type of exercises in that it engages the whole person.

Yoga requires your full attention during practice so that your mind and body could work together to create physiological and psychological harmony

Yoga is a truly scientific approach to heal external as well as internal issues. It is not a quick fix formula hence it takes time to depict the results.

Please do not immediately expect the dramatic result. These will proportionate only to efforts you make.

Integrating Yoga exercise to your lifestyle is the best gift you could ever give to your body, mind, and soul.

By thinking that way, you will not think of them as something to be gotten over and done with, but rather as a pleasurable and anticipated part of the day to day living.

Yoga stretching, strengthening, and meditative exercises are super effective because they require the full focus on the movement of the body parts in a synchronization with attentive respiration techniques.

After applying these yoga techniques in our lives, human mind discouraged from wandering towards unrelated matter is kept centered, engendering a feeling of being calmer and more organized.

The Directing of the attention away from distracting and disturbing stimuli and concentrating it one thing or distinctive task at one particular period of time.

The Urza shakti ( energy ) is consequently conserved rather than squandered.

Through the regular practice of the techniques done in this manner, you will come to know your body better, and you increasingly get in touch with your feelings in a more intimate way.

Hence Yoga is mindfulness excellence for promoting calm and control, invaluable attributes for stress -proofing yourself.
